You might want to try any of the following items:
Rice cakes, granola bars, Wheat thins, trail mix or dried fruit
I always have some rice cakes and wheat thins in my desk, you never know when your going to get the munchies. :)

I keep raisins in my desk drawer for when I want something sweet, and Jerky when I want something salty.
But I have a wet bar in my office, so I always ask my secretary to keep yogurt and V8's stocked in the fridge part of it for me.

raisins, dried apples, dried bananas, peanuts, le snacks, muesli bars, salami sticks in a seal so u can keep a couple at ya desk but maybe u will want a few mints to with that one ...lol

Frozen grapes are good, I also like beef jerky as well. A great high protien snack.

Trail mix, protein bars, dried fruit, I consider those healthy. I would prefer things like reese's pieces, cheez-itz, doritos, and chick-o-sticks. Those seem to pick me up!

I eat Quaker chewy garnola bars. They come in smores, chocolate chunk, peanut putter, oatmeal raisin and etc... They are low in fat, a good source of calcium and very good.

rice cakes are low cal. also the one I get which saves me from time to time are the 100 cal. packs you can find them with the crackers in ure local grocery store they have diff. varietys and are only 100 each.munch away!!
