I've been this way since i was a teenager. Now that I'm in thirties, I look like 5 months pregnant even though I've never had babies. I tried losing weight by doing cardio exercise and ab crunches but it made my already small chest and butt even smaller so my tummy was still the same size as my chest. I've tried low-fat diet, they don't help either. They say spot reduction doesn't work. Is it true? is liposuction my only option?

If you look 5 months pregnant and never had kids, you might want to go to a DR and get some tests done. You could have fluid in your abdomen which is a symptom of ovarian cancer. You could also have abnormally large uterine fibroids. If you are very thin in general it could also be a sign of severe malnutrition.

if i was u i would consult a health physician and find the best way to lose the tummy but not the rest.....it may be a little costly but u will know who to get rid of the stomach over and over again.

dont diet cos ur already thin. just work on ur belly thru exercise and wear those big pants that help make ur belly look flat. ive heard that the machine with a belt that vibrates helps but they're quite expensive tho
