Working on the "lazy person" issue first would be your best bet.
Laziness is the lack of desire to act or work in general or to do an act or work that is expected of a person. In extreme cases, a generalized tendency to do nothing may verge on apathy and be a symptom of depression.

Set some goals. If you have goals set up for yourself, you have something to look forward to (not to mention a paycheck) Your goals can be to work hard.

If you do not work or need to leave your house first thing in the morning - set your alarm to wake up at a decent morning hour - say 7 am. Shower, get dressed and make yourself look presentable before leaving your room. (Make your bed so it doesn't appeal to you later.)

Make sure you're on a healthy diet; junk food doesn't give your body the nutrients it needs to be active.

Get exercise. Go jogging through your neighborhood a few times a week, and in time you will see an improvement in the way that you feel, and look. Working out will give you a lot of motivation, and keep you from getting or feeling lazy.

If you haven't worked out much before, stretch first, then start slow. If you don't you will be in so much pain from sore or pulled muscles it will be easy to use it as an excuse to stop exercising. Make sure to drink a lot of water, so you don't become dehydrated.
Getting enough sleep each night can make you feel more awake. Depending on your activity and age, you may need up to 10 hours (teenagers) or as little as 5 (elderly).

Avoid sugar, and especially foods with "high fructose corn syrup" or "corn syrup" in the ingredients, as these can lead your body into metabolizing sugars instead of fats. Also, unnatural sugars (without fiber) may give you a short energy buzz, but then a drop and you will feel lazy and fatigued.

There are no true miracle products out there, although many claim to be. This is up to one person. YOU. Practice diligence...Integrity...Morality...discipline....Best of luck

Um.... NO
The only Miracle would be you putting actual effort into your weight loss, it wont "just happen" besides your health is on the line, You need to find motivation... If you are fat get naked, look at your self in the mirror and think about the summer time, think about all those nice trendy clothes you cant wear because they don't look right on you, think about your future health issues...
GET OFF THE COUCH AND THROW AWAY THE CHIPS BAG!!
put on tennis shoes and start speed walking!! stop eating fast foods and eat SMALL HEALTHY (LOW CARBS AND FAT)portions constantly! that will speed up your metabolism, always eat before 7 at night after that juice will keep you satisfied.
If you want a change make a change, you will see instant results.

God Bless You.

I am a weight-loss coach, and I have found that these programs are the best.
I tell everyone to go to this website because I know it will work for anyone. You need to go there too. I got on one of the programs not to long ago, just to try it out and I have lost several pounds and inches, so I know it will work for you. The products are safe and all-natural. Most of all they are the most healthiest (my opinion). Check out the website. Fill out the contact page. Someone will get with you and discuss with you all you need to know, and how to get started ASAP ! Good Luck to you.

Riiiiight. A miracle product. You ate so much that you are now overweight, but you don't want to do the actual work to take the weight off.

Of course there is no "miracle" product. If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight. That's the miracle.

Go for walks. Try and walk everyday. You'll lose weight. Also eat better. Make better food choices.
Swimming will also help you lose weight. Doing household chores will burn calories which will lead
to weight loss. The over the counter pills and stuff
will only make your wallet lose weight. My doctor says that stuff doesn't work.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at
