You really should take them to a vet. They may have cat flu which can be very serious and even result in death.
Dont give them human cough syrup as it would be easy to overdose them due to their small size.

A trip to the vet would be the best thing to give them as they could very well have cat flu especially if they are not vaccinated against it. Go a.s.a.p. as they must be feeling really poorly !!

Cats often get colds, nothing to worry about unless they haven't
been vaccinated against feline flu. this is deadly and can kill a cat overnight.

take them to the vet - they could have a respitory infection (especially if they are young) the vet will prescribe something to them.

DO NOT GIVE LEMSIP whatever you do.
It contains Paracetamol and a very small dose of Paracetamol will KILL your cat - honest !!!!
