My cats all seem to have caught the cold theymare sneezeing and coughing can anybody help

If the cats are having difficulty breathing, you should take them to the vet right away.

You really should take them to a vet. They may have cat flu which can be very serious and even result in death.
Dont give them human cough syrup as it would be easy to overdose them due to their small size.

A trip to the vet would be the best thing to give them as they could very well have cat flu especially if they are not vaccinated against it. Go a.s.a.p. as they must be feeling really poorly !!

Could be cat flu get them checked out as soon as possible in case the virus is transferable.

Cats often get colds, nothing to worry about unless they haven't
been vaccinated against feline flu. this is deadly and can kill a cat overnight.

you do not self medicate go to the vet your cat may have a infectious cat flu which can kill...dont mess about looking for cheap fixes your cats life is at stake

take them to the vet - they could have a respitory infection (especially if they are young) the vet will prescribe something to them.

DO NOT GIVE LEMSIP whatever you do.
It contains Paracetamol and a very small dose of Paracetamol will KILL your cat - honest !!!!
DONT do it
