Seems the prayers of people with missing limbs are not answered by God But he cures cancer and heart problems restores sight and hearing but not one has he helped the people who have lost an arm or leg .
Why is it God does not like people missing body parts.

Because that would be a verifiable miracle. God apparently doesn't do those. Interesting, isn't it?

Hi, you could proabably answer your own question if you thought about it a little bit; but I do have some information from the bible to help explain it more in depth. First a question, how do you know that he has healed people with cancer, heart and sight problems?
Just off hand I can recall examples in the bible where Jesus healed lepers, the blind, people that couldn't walk and so forth. Since Jesus is the perfect reflection of his father then it goes without saying that God is very CAPABLE of doing the same thing. Also did God not raise Jesus from the dead? There is one more thing that you have to consider and that would be that there was a purpose in these things that were happening at that time, namely to prove that Jesus was God's son, the messiah. The christian congregation was new at that time and any powerful works that were done were according to his will providing evidence that this was truly the organization of God. However, the bible gives us reasons to note that in this day and time that these things are not taking place and if they are; would not be from the source of God.
We would do well to be aware that the bible warns us against false prophets at Matthew 24:24 : 24 For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will give great signs and wonders so as to mislead, if possible, even the chosen ones. 25 Look! I have forewarned YOU.
Matthew 7:15-23
15 “Be on the watch for the false prophets that come to YOU in sheep’s covering, but inside they are ravenous wolves. 16 By their fruits YOU will recognize them. Never do people gather grapes from thorns or figs from thistles, do they? 17 Likewise every good tree produces fine fruit, but every rotten tree produces worthless fruit; 18 a good tree cannot bear worthless fruit, neither can a rotten tree produce fine fruit. 19 Every tree not producing fine fruit gets cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Really, then, by their fruits YOU will recognize those [men].
21 “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22 Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23 And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness.

1 corinthians 13:8 says:
8 Love never fails. But whether there are [gifts of] prophesying, they will be done away with; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will be done away with.
So at the event when the 'one that is complete' comes, spoken of after this verse meaning Jesus, those purposes would be accomplished.
It is proper to pray about these illnesses that we all have today and ask for God's help to deal with them and to help the ones treating us to be able to help us. However we may not have the miracleous healings spoken of in the bible during the early christian days.

Good question. Many Christians in the past have asked that and as far as I know no one has gotten an answer.

A guess on my part is that God is with holding this gift until right before the rapture as a last wake up call to people, to show that He is real and still in control. If people do not believe after this there is little hope for them and they will not be ready to go to Heaven but have to face the Great Tribulation.

Why are you asking a dumb question and criticizing God? God does help those whom have lost their limbs. He has made it to where body parts that has been lost can be replaced with wooden legs or arms. just like he has made it possible for doctors to be able to help heal the sickly. He gives us the choice to decide if we want to use them or not. Questioning God's abilities is totally uncalled for. If it was not for God/Jesus, we would not be living on this earth today. God gives every one the opportunity to decide which way that they're wanting to go. If we want to Love, Respect, Honor, & Worship him or if we want to criticize him the way that you are doing now.
I pray that you realize that God is our Savior & Protector,
And that God, should be Honored not Condemmend!
God Bless!

God loves everyone, and with that also the ones with missing limbs.

There is a thing called faith and even Christians need to practice this cause there's allot of us who believe in God and Lack the faith that he can do anything.

If by any chance you ask to be heal, but then turn around and say something negative like: "This will never happen" you tie his hand because you just rebuked him from healing you.

The tongue is a powerful tool. You can actually speak things into existence. If you believe it can really happen. Rebuke self doubt and believe.

Also believe or not God knows exactly what he's doing even thou sometimes in our human minds we might think it unfair.
God Bless. Love.

The truth is that He has done many such Miracles, but not in the USA, why ? Because we've been conditioned not to expect it.

Check out the Ministry of men like Reinhard Bonkey,(I know, I misspelled his Name.), he has had very many Miracles in his Ministry in Third World Countries, where they are not conditioned not to believe.

How is that for a serious answer ?

The reason is because these faith healers are phonies. They pick out things to heal that are internal and no one can see so you can't say they aren't healed, but neither should they say they are healed. Katherine Coleman was supposed to be one of the greatest healers, but when they researched her life they could not find even one miracle that was not disputed. These people give true Christians a real bad name and reputation.

He did!

"And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other."

When people lose an appendage, they still feel like it's there. Because the spirit
is still there. Who nows what we are capable of as physical/spiritual beings.
But downing things definitely won't help us to reallize our potential.
We can lead a horse to water, but we can't make it drink!

I'll ask Him when I see Him.
I really cannot answer that right now for Him.

He does help a lot of people, including our family.
Not enough space here to list them.

Many of my Atheist friends are watching intently and asking how and why we are so fortunate.

Nice.
