I have short hair and wash it every other day. I use salon shampoo and condition it every other time I wash it. I have very corse hair and if I do not condition it, it is very frizzy, but if I condition it too much it is very limp. If I shampo it in the morning, by the end of the day it is so greasy. I eat a good diet, and I'm not sweaty, so I don't understand why it is so greasy or what I can do to help it. Thanks

When you rinse it, rinse it will cool water. This closes the pore on the scale therefor there will be less oil from your scalp getting on your hair.
A trick to stop sweaty when you do sweat is to run cool water over your wrists for two minutes. Good ol Queer Eye For The Straight Guy, LMAO.

Once a week you should use a clarifying shampoo on your hair to get rid of build up that your hair products can leave behind. Also make sure that when you are washing your hair, you only shampoo the roots and only condition the ends of your hair. Another thing to decrease the grease (ha ha) is to make sure that you keep your hands out of your hair as much as possible, if you do need to fix your hair, try and wash your hands before you do so, that way the stuff that on your hands doesn't end up on your hair.

Condition your hair every time you shampoo. But follow it up with a cider vinegar rinse. Mix 1 cup apple cider vinegar (preferably organic) and 5-7 drops of Rosemary essential oil. Store it in a glass bottle. After shampoo dilute 1/2 tbs of the mixture with 1 cup water and rinse hair with it. You can leave it on or wash off after a couple of minutes with water. Cider vinegar has great clarifying properties, it purifies the scalp, cuts greasiness and makes hair shiny. And rosemary is known to promote hair growth.

Use a daily treatment shampoo and conditioner - it will help keep the condition of your hair without drying it out like other shampoos can do when used daily

I have that problem too or at least used to..
I use a shampoo for body that works for me
If you dye your hair it helps keep it from showing the oils too...
Even if you don't sweat your head still sweats out oils....

change your shampoo, you need to experiment with different ones to find the one that works best for you and you need to start washing it every day!

Maybe you should use a product for oily hair. If that does not help, talk to a doctor, there might be something wrong with your scalp.
