Empire is the store. They do carpets, flooring, windows, and siding. They advertise constantly on the radio and on the cable channels.
I would hesitate to let some aggressive pitchman come to my house and start twisting my arm to up-sell me their product. At least if you are in the store you can go home. If you are home and they are pesty where can you go?

It is Empire... but BEWARE. We know someone who is in the process of suing them right now. They did their floors but they did them like such crap that they had to take them up and get them re-done by someone else. They also told us that they are not the only ones with problems with Empire
