I've looked high and low and cannot locate any websites that explain what the requirements are.

Anyone know if such a site exists? Thank you.

It exists, but it's in portuguese only, even because "a sufficient knowledge of the portuguese language" is a condition to be granted portuguese citizenship. Exceptions apply to those whose mother or father is portuguese and those who have been married to a portuguese citizen for at least 3 years.

Anyone else, besides speaking portuguese, has to legally live in portuguese territory for at least 6 years (portuguese-speaking country nationals) or 10 years (nationals of other countries) and prove they have an affective bond to Portugal (no idea how, but I'm sure it's easier than it sounds!). Good luck!
