Go to a nearby Chinese grocery store & you'll find a whole isle of hot drink section. Depends on your personal needs, some drink will even promote a healthier condition. All of them are caffeine free - examples are: ginger tea, almond tea, rose bud tea, Chrysanthemum tea...some of them are used in Chinese herbal therapy.

Hot water with a slice of lemon is always nice after lunch/dinner. There are so many good fruit/herbal teas on the market: peppermint, lemon & ginger, blackcurrant etc, etc. Twinings have a good selection - all caffeine free.
