My doctor told me I shouldn t eat banana in the morning. It s better in the afternoon than morning.
Beside, I heard a lot of people said eating banana is good for digestion but my kids doctor told me not to let my daugher eating too much bananas because it might cause constipation. For my case, this is correct because it happened to my daughter and my husband.
I guess it depends on your body. You should try it out.

bananas are a good fruit, but even better is canteloupe. Canteloupe has four times the potassium of banana, ounce for ounce.
