Anything that tastes sweet has complex carbs in it. Those fruit sugars are not as bad for you as the concentrated sugars in cakes.

all fruits have carbs, but they are healthy carbs, have the vit and fiber that you if you are worried about carbs just stear away from the refined wheat products and sweets
