sure - if you have the money and the passports, you can go just about anywhere. If you have enough money, you can even take a ride into space.

Nothing stopping you but yourself. Get a passport, or travel the country you belong to. If money's short try alternative forms of travel. I met Americans in Panama, and the same ones again in New Zealand (where I stopped and gave them a ride), who had hitch-hiked to get there in cars, hoofed it a bit, and gotten rides by crewing on yachts. I think they finally made it all the way around the world in that fashion. If you can dream it, you can do it. Have a great trip.

Yes you can go anywhere. There is really nothing stopping you. Go out and enjoy the world.
