They are finding that this is something caused internally. Make sure they are not eating breads, mushrooms, cheese for starters. Sugar and caffiene also are a no no. Lots of water, good healthy foods. Sun light daily on the affected area. Go to a naturopath and see the suppliments that help. Using the prescribed drugs actually cause other problems.

I had a 13 year history of psoriasis, though I was in good health otherwise. But these severe large, thick and scaly excoriated plaques on my neck, ears, trunk and limbs ruined the way I was leading my life. I would be with red, inflamed itchy skin for most part of the year and these silvery scales would seem to be erupting without any reason. To make matters worse, blisters would appear over already red and itching skin. It was living hell.

I was treated with various options but nothing seemed to be working. Some of the treatments that I underwent in this depressing period of 13 years included tar preparation, tropical steroids and anthralin. I was also given light therapy many times but everything I tried would give me temporary relief.

And soon, after a few days I would be plagued with the situation again. In one of those moments when I was completely lost I stumbled upon this website just by chance. I read it and felt that as if someone had put the story my life on this web page. I was thoroughly convinced that if ANYONE can cure me of condition, it would be you.

And was I right, or what. I started recovering within 3 days of starting this treatment. Something that had become a painful part of me for 13 years was actually getting healed! My ears are healed and my neck is smooth again!. I am a month into the treatment and I have never felt better in my life!

Cure psoriasis starting today - even if your doctor or dermatologist says "it's impossible!"
I've just followed a guide called psoriasis free for life that completely cured me of this debilitating and embarrassing disease in less than a month!
Remember, this will not only treat the symptoms that you do see:
the red, inflamed itchy skin.
The silvery scales that seem to erupt for no reason.
The burning or bleeding that occurs around your joints.
The cracking, oozing and painful patches on your skin.
But it also treats the underlying cause of psoriasis - the part you don't see - the actual immune system deficiency that causes these itchy patches to appear and scale over.

You can definitely get back your life, your confidence and your self esteem!

I, too have psoriasis. Just a very small patch on my scalp though. I have seen a dermatologist and he prescribed a foam of like a steroid treatment.(Very expensive though) He says there is really nothing to get rid of it. My condition turned into psoriatic arthritis. Have you heard of that? Only a small percent of cases do so I wouldn't worry about that. The meds I take for it kind of make the psoriasis a little more controllable. Hope this helps.

hi, when i have massive outbrakes i tend to use dovobet, this stuff is the thickest stuff i have ever had to spread on my skin, but it works for me most of the time. the one thing that has cleared my skin up alomost over night is SUNSHINE! i had been using a tar based product along with diprobase for months and it wasnt doing anything at all, then i went on holiday to a place with a nice war climate and it cleared! although if you live in the UK there isnt much chance of sunshine over here... when i treat my psoriasis it goes away (be it within MONTHS!!!) but nearly always leaves me with patches on my elbows and kneew there not that noticable and i prefer the small patch on my elbow than the full blown outbrakes that occurr. i use bio-oil and find this really helps and makes my skin feel a lot more comfortable along with reducing the appearance of the bits on elbows and knees lol. NETTLE TEA is great and really hydrates the skin sound disgusting i know but isnt that bad. . if you smoke, stopping is meant to help as well, i havnt tried this one yet. lol hope it helps/

Please see the webpages for more details on Psoriasis. Psoriasis is a chronic, lifelong condition that can be controlled with treatment. It can clear for extended periods and relapse. It usually does not adversely affect general health, unless it is neglected.

Psoriasis is minor disease caused by dryness of the skin. Drink lots of water, fruits like oranges and apples can be eaten and if you have aloevera in your garden you can keep that gel to the affected part with this you can have the result in a few weeks.

If it's mild, you can try using dandruff shampoo as a body wash & using a heavy-duty moisturizer like eucerin (preferably the jar, not the bottle) on the scaly patches.

Good luck.
