I have been SPINNING for months now, and my lower bod is looking great, but my upper body feels too big now! What machines would help me thin down up top?

rowing is a very good one. its cardio rate/effectiveness is up there with running. another good upper body cardio (combined iwth lower body cardio) is the elliptical machine - the one with the moving hand bars. try adding some upper body weights in the mix. if you do low weight and high reps u wont bulk up, just tone and slim down some

I agree - elliptical machine.

I also do the upper body nautilus, with low weight and higher reps... 12 - 15 a set

A true ergometer is actually much better for your legs than your upper body though you'll certainly see results all over. It's good for developing lean shoulder muscles but if you want "buff" arms it won't do you much good.
