It's not advisable.
A small amount of ink gets into your blood stream, and there is a debate over whether or not it could be harmful to the baby. In addition, the risk of infection is higher in a pregnant woman that a non-pregnant one.
Most tattoo artists won't tattoo a pregnant woman for this reason, and the chance that she might take legal action if a problem did occur. If an artists says he/she was willing to do it, then I would have to worry about them being reputable.

Can you? Sure, if your tattoo artist doesn't know you're pregnant. But SHOULD you? Don't even risk it.
Everytime I've gotten a tattoo they've made me sign a release form stating that I'm at least 18 years of age, have been notified of any risks associated with getting a tattoo, I'm not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, I don't have any communicable diseases, I don't have any medical condition or skin condition (diabetes, epilepsy, hemophilia, heart conditions, etc.) that would interfere with the tattoo application or recovery time, I'm not on any anticoagulant medications, I'm not pregnant or nursing, I've been instructed on the aftercare of a tattoo, and I assume any and all risk that might arise.
There is the potential risk of the dyes in the ink passing over to the baby, the risk of infection from the procedure, and the risk of an allergic reaction from the ink. Pregnant women are more at risk for infection because of all the bodily changes that result from pregnancy, and a pregnant woman's skin is more sensitive and may have a negative reaction to the inks used. It is for all of these reasons that a tattoo artist will NOT tattoo a woman that is pregnant.

You should never get tattooed while pregnant. While gettin tattooed a small amount of pigment (ink) enters the bloodsteam. Although there are no reported cases of this damaging a fetus (that I've found) , I would err on the side of caution. As a side not you should not get tattooed while breast feeding either, Good luck!

Not unless you want to risk a miscarriage. The reason why any reputable artist won't tattoo a pregnant woman is because the body takes the tattoo process as a trauma of sorts. And ANY trauma to a mother carries the risk of miscarriage. In addition, the added risk of blood-born diseases (such as hepatitis or AIDS) and infection are completely unnecessary risks to your baby.

You hypothetically could with relatively little chance for harm to the baby. (as long as you go somewhere sterile and reputable) However, your body processes the residual ink from the tattoo and also has to use energy to heal--it thinks a tattoo is a wound-- and that's energy you probably can't spare right now. The baby takes what it needs and you get what's left (which isn't much!) so you should probably wait--even until you are through breastfeeding.

'Short answer, you'd be hard-pressed to find a professional piercer or tattooist who'll work on a pregnant woman, it's just too potentially problematic and risky. It's safest to wait until three months after giving birth to allow your body to heal and get back to "normal" (such as life is with a newborn, hah) before getting any mods done. You don't have terribly long to wait until birth, anyway, just let your body focus on the task at hand and get it done later!'

No. There are not any tatoo places that will give a tatoo to pregnant women because of the risks involved. If they are willing to give you a tatoo, then I wouldn't use them anyway.
It is just safer all around if you wait until after the baby is born.

I really don't know if you can but I do know that you should not. Any trauma to your body is harmful to your baby. When I was pregnant the dentist would not do anything for my toothache because it would be trauma to my body and bad for my baby.
Be safe and wait.
