I am just about ready to give up on love. Every time I like a guy, he either has a girlfriend, likes someone else or doesn't like me more than friends. I am starting to think that the guy isn't out there and I am just wasting my time and effort on this. I like this guy right now, but he has a girlfriend, he is a senior in college, while I am a senior in high school. I am going to give up!

Aren't you a little too young to be giving up on love? Methinks you are. I am a 36 year old man and I havn't given up on love yet. I perfectly understand where you are coming from. When you have that feeling in the back of your mind that love will never come your way, that is the sexual frustration kicking in.

A wise man once told me when the last man or woman on the planet rejects or is not available, then you know 100% that love is not in your future. Until then there are many others like yourself looking for someone like you. You have to just remain positive and keep flirting and dating until you find someone who wants you for you.

.....or do what I do. Until you find Mr. or Ms. Right, have fun with a few Ms. Wrongs in the process. LOL

No, you are too young to give up. But you are old enough to start asking yourself some serious questions. The first one should be, "Why am I attracted to guys who are off limits?"

Stop focusing so much on having a boyfriend or being in love. The harder you work at it, the less productive you are. The best thing you can do is involve yourself in activities that you enjoy. You'll meet people with similar interest and will not be so preoccupied with guys.

Love comes when you least expect it. You have plenty of time...enjoy your life!

Giving up for a while might be a god idea. Try focusing on getting a higher education first, and a damn good job after that. Believe it or not, the guys will start showing up in droves just when you don't want them too. Hunting for a man usually shows alot more screw-ups than it does "good" men. Take your time, you have your whole life to find a partner to spend it with.

Don't you dare some of us don't believe in love and one of them is me. You should never give up if there is a chance you will have a good life. You should not stop just find a friend that care about you and maybe he will more than just like you. If not just keep looking becauseyou don't have a reason to give up yet.

You know, you should not go LOOKING for guys. It's GUYS that come looking for you. Whatever it may be, don't give up 'cos there's someone out there, looking out for you. Your only job now is to find that lucky man!
