I had a miscarriage about a month ago and it was my ex's. Lat night he rang and said that im the only person in the world who he would like to be the mother of his child. How ould you feel if your ex told you that?

I know i would feel like crap at first. But then i would ask him what he meant. Did he mean that he wanted to try to have another or was he saying that he was OK for the fact that you was pregnant. Or was just trying to make you feel better about it???? My heart goes out to you i am sorry that you had to go through that but things happen for a reason. Best of luck

First of all I don't think your ex hasn't any business telling you things like that. He's your ex for a reason. Maybe losing the child made him realise some things about his life. What I'm wondering is how sincere he is and why did he say it. I mean people can say things in the spur of the moment and then regret it later. But then again you need to decide for yourself if you've moved on and this means nothing to you. Yeah, him saying that could mean something to you but would you want to act on it and if so can the guy handle the responsibility. Like I said he's your ex for a reason, maybe you should try looking at that. If my ex had told me something like this I'd be flattered but thats the extent of which it would matter to me. He's my past and its done with.
