Well if you like him then you should tell him yourself. Because then he will think you are a straight forward kind of girl. If he finds out through someone else then its not as "cool".. But you should see if he likes you first because if he doesnt and you tell him to his face he may not know how to react. He might feel weird, but if he finds out from someone else then he may feel more comfortable thinking that you dont know. So my advice to you is before you make any moves find out if he likes you first.

Well think of it from his prospective. If you were him and you wanted to tell someone you like them would you not see if they have interest first. Check around and see if he does if not you can take a risk. Just don't be afraid to be shot down or pushed away if he does not care.
