ok how much would you think i would lose on a 35 day water fastin,plus 15 days of lemon water and fruits...like what 20,30,40,50,60.... its safe ok, lots of people do these all the time, my cousin did and shes ok. but anyway im 5"8 and 179 lbs... so would i lose more cuz im overweight and have slow metabolism?? so please let me know on how much would i lose.

i have a big chest, and i got a pudgy stomach and i want my arms thinner, and i do have big thighs but i have no hips! or butt, well because my waist is too wide and my stomach is big... so yea i got a chubby face too, and i want all that gone...will i lose some chest size if i do this fast?

im actually very pretty, but i need to be in shape and i need to be in tip top shape... anyway i wonder will u notice a huge difference of 30 day of water fasting.

well this seems like a pretty drastic solution....please be careful if and when you do this because not everyone's body composition, metabolic rate....etc are the same, and people lose weight at different paces. Here's what will happen...you will lose weight (potentially a dangerous amount) and after you do, your body will rebel and you will gain back what you lost and then some. I'm about the same height and a few pounds lighter and I'm speaking from experience.....try not to look for a quick fix. 35 days of moderate exercise and a healthy eating plan will give you great results! (And remember, it's not the # of lbs, it's the composition of your body....fat to muscle ratio. Find these out and work toward a goal....you'll see results I promise!)
Oh and drinking 8, 8oz glasses of water a day will shed 5 lbs alone...flushing your system of impurities....and remember to keep good posture (makes you look thinner)...good luck and diet safe!

Ehhh, honestly, you won't make it that long. Hunger will take over your mind, you'll break down and eat and then feel SO guilty, and you maybe even purge it back up. So, what I would say, is, seriously consider the South Beach Diet, it's easy (well as easy as a diet can be) even with a slow Metabolism it will still get rid of the weight. Also, try boosting your metabolism with vitimans like b-12!!!! It works great. I take 1000 mg a day and I'm full of engery

sounds good i wanna try it send me some details i am like 5'7'' and am a whooping 297 lbs.... :( i know i hate it i have tried everything and cant afford the huge stuff like gasteric surgery. i cant take diet pills cause i have a esphogus issue which in turn wont really let me eat foods cause i throw them back up. i know you are thinking why are you still soooo huge, well dont know. so let me know the details on this diet, cause hey i can hold down liquids!!! just hope it dont cause water weight!! email me at willwork4u2000@yahoo.com
