i have eaten lamb tongues for a log time we can not find them now. We could get them in upper new york state and vermont. the company was called ROGERS. thanks for your help

I don't know where to buy pickled tongue, but you could always learn how to make your own. I don't have a recipe memorized off the top of my head, but I do own cookbooks with pickled tongue recipes. I'm sure you could find a recipe if you look around on the internet or in certain cookbooks. Not sure where to buy fresh lamb tongue, but beef toungue is routinely available at most meat markets. I'm sure you could talk to a butcher and ask to order to fresh lamb tongue and pickle it yourself. good luck!
