he is always with them, not talking to me im sick of it and he doesnt listen to me when i tell him. everytime i see him he is with a girl everyone says he is flirting with it just seems so obvious to me and he cheated on me so i feel like he is doing it again please help me its driving me crazy

It depends. If a girl is ugly, with a crap personality, then they'll care. Ugly with a good personality, then they might like the girl. It depends how shallow the guy in question is. It's down to personality, at the end of the day. Obviously, looks help a fair bit, but if they meet a pretty girl who is an absolute cow, with no humour, then it wouldn't last long.
