I've made a smoothie of sorts with it.
Get some firm Mori Nu tofu. Use about half of the block put in a blender. Get some frozen fruit such as Strawberries, Blackberries, and the like. Put in a handful. Add some sweetner, such as sugar, Equal, splenda or what ever. Then add some sprite or 7UP either regular or diet. You want it to be the consistency of a Milk shake. When I use frozen peaches, I'll put in a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg, bit a vanilla. It is very good on a hot day.

Tofu is nothing like rubber, specially silken. I personally like the tate when it's fried. You can also put it in a salad. I put cucumbers and tomatoes, diced tofu and I mix sesame oil, soy sauce, scallions. It tastes great. Smoothies are also yummy.

Crispy & spicy
I like deep fried semi-soft tofu - Chiu Chow style - deep fried the tofu cubes, then stir fried with minced garlic & chili, serve you rice vinegar sauce. (below is the photo and recipe)

Pipa tofu (deep fried shrimp & tofu paste) - Cantonese style - here is the recipe and photo which is yummy too

It is best fried (drain water first with paper towels).
Add in some red chili peppers for some kick.

There is none. Tofu is nasty no matter how you disguise it. Sorry!
