because they're really supposed to be square in shape, but them stupid cooks get them wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!! THOSE DUMBASSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Round boxes would be one big pain in the *** to make, don't you think? Square boxes are pretty simple, but would you really wanna fold a round box?
abd because square boxes are easier, cheaper and more stackable and the people making the pizza don't have to put them together.Its also easier to manufacture a square box then a round one.

Square is the easiest and least expensive way to mass produce a flat and fold-able units. I saw a show on that once. I think it was Modern Marvels on the History channel. You can get them anyway you want but low cost is just what the pizza place needs.
Domino's has this gal that designed the hot paks and gets all the credit.

Wait.....that hard, crispy outter layer of the pizza is a...BOX??? OMG...ive been eating cardboard! I just thought it was a nice jesture on the behalf of the pizza place..."here since u bought a pizza were gonna seal it up with some crispy hard dough just to keep it warm and fresh" ...Guess i was WRONG....the tip-off shoulda been the logo...like they could really make a pizza with the PizzaHut Logo on it....Geez im dumb
