my files are hidden, i dont know who has done it, but i want to restore it. how to unhidden it?

open the folder...Click on tools...Folder Options...Click on View...And click on show hidden files and folders and then you can see them. If you want to restore files you can also do a restore point.

In Windows Explorer or Control Panel,
click Tools in the Menu bar,
click Folder Options,
click View tab,
in Advanced Settings list, find and check mark "Show hidden files and folders"

middle of the page select show hidden files.

Well This one is for an expert. Okay Goto-->Start==>Run==>(type)explore
then in Windows Explorer goto==>tools==>folder option==>View Files==>Hidden Files & Folder
Turn On "Show all Hidden Files & Folder" click on ok it's done.

on the menu bar
go to tools>folder options >view and click show all files
now u will see the hidden ones in slightly different way
now right click the folder and uncheck hidden .click apply and u are done

hit on a folder open that hit on >>tools >folder options> view .. put a dot in show hidden files & folder .. hit on apply& ok
