I have recently taken to the yummy tatste of cocnuts and are so cheap to, i dont drink the milk from it just the eatable white part, i tend to get very bloated afteri eat some, are they good for you? and are they low in fat cant get the info anywhere, i normally just crack them and eat them its so good :)

i think they are low fat. afterall they are fruit. the cocunut water is even nicer

sugar does not equal fat. All the other food u eat is broken down into energy in a complicated process but when faced with pure energy in the form of sugar it uses the sugar FIRST then converts all the exess food u don't require anymore but ate ANYWAY into FAT. But i digress.
Coconuts aren't fattening:they're delicious.

It's actually quite fatty. The oil in them (like palm oil) is the only other vegetative oil that has a high percentage of saturated fat (like butter or other animal fats). So indulge in it sometime, but I wouldn't have it all the time if you're watching your weight or sat. fat.

it's okay in moderation, but watch out for the sugar in them. i actaully love coconuts but soe people say different stuff about them.,

well there is sugar in the meat. sugar = fat
