Leg exercises like bicycling. Lie down after your morning bath.
Relax your tummy with small slaps for one minute. Sort of
make it gurgle, gently quickly move foods around with your
hand. Then stretch your legs with lifts, 50 reps. Walking
is the best spender of overweight storages. Swimming is
for general good health too.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Sit down with your legs stretched. Bend forward and catch your toes with three fingers. return to normal, and repeat the exercise again, a number of times. Hold your reshaped body in mental picture, steadily. The body picks up every satrong signal you communicate through the mind.

There is no such thing as "spot reducing". I fyou lose general fat, your body will go to the fat reserve in your belly. It may not be the first fat to go, but it will go just as effectively as the rest.

You want to do crunches... lay flat on back, tuck feet under the sofa and bend knees slightly, place hands to either side of head (don't put them at back of your head because you will strain your neck) and from laying position sit up... To work on your waist line do same excersise but when you lift up put right elbow to left knee and vice versa... If you feel the strain on your neck get a big towel and roll in up, put this behind your head/neck holding either end and another bizarre trick of the trade to stop neck strain is to place your tongue to the roof of your mouth as you pull up, I laughed but try it it works!!!
