A Kw is a measure of energy and cannot be translated directly to any unit of pressure. It takes energy to create pressure and energy can be measured from a release of pressure, but the two are not congruent.

Kw is a unit of power it is NOT a unit of pressure!!!

I'm assuming you are working with the metric system.
Let's try breaking it down into more basic units.
1 Watt = 1 Joule / second = 1 Newton * meter / second

Pressure is expressed in Pascals (Pa).
1 Pascal = 1 Newton / meter^2
1 Pascal * meter^2 = 1 Newton
Multiply both sides with 1 meter:
1 Pascal * meter^3 = 1 Newton * meter

Plug it into the first equation:
1 Watt = 1 Pascal * meter^3 / second
1 kiloWatt = 1 kiloPascal * meter^3 / second
1kW = 1kPa * m^3/s
