Ok, I was in the library with my friend and she and 3 friends walk up to us and say "Hi" but only the 1 looks at me. A day later in class she asks me if I will be going to the library that day. A week later she walks up to me and says "Did you get a haircut?" which i got it a few days ago i said "Yes" and she said "Well it looks nice."
Is she in to me?

ask her....she could just be a friendly girl who is nice to people....instead of living in limbo ask her if she would like to go out...then take your cues from there...good luck

Yes I think that she likes you or at least she is interested. The thing is are you interested in her? You could always ask her if she wants to get a something to eat the next time you see her in the library, as I think that you will be seeing her again. If you like her ask her out and then see how things go from there

She could be friendly like other people said but then again why come to you to tell you about your hair...it would be different if she was near you or sitting next to you...but why approach you for no reason unless she is into you? she DOES like you for sure and even if she's friendly there's a chance she might get into you cos if she didnt like you she would not be be near you!
talk to her more often approach her the way she approaches you aks her about that book she read tell her you have the movie (if you do dont rant on about something you dont have) and tell her if shed like to come with friends or alone (if youre confident asking that) to watch it at your place sometime...or talk to her more often and do homework together or go see a movie!
