Depends on what your "Gladys" is. If Gladys is a bird or animal for toenails cutting, then hie you to a Vet. If animal for fur clipping, then to a pooch parlour. If Gladys is female companion, you are on your own with this one !

Best to find an Avian Vet or better yet a professional Bird Breeder. They can also teach you the correct way to clip it's wings.
