You have given up the smoking, but you are still an addict, the best thing I can think of is, put yourself in the frame of mind you were in when you gave up smoking and try that, or you can read a book by Allen Carr called the easy way to stop smoking, and just look at your lozenges as you would a cigarette, best of luck,

Try cutting them down slowly. I have been on nicotine patches for a while(about 8 months!) and have only yesterday cut down to the smaller size less nicotine one. At the end of the day if its stopped you smoking then great! Just need to reduce the amount slowly but surely until you no longer need them, im doing it with the patches, even if it takes years, i would rather that than smoke anymore. Good luck.

I tried the lozenges for a while but found them a real pain to light so went back to the cigs
