maybe she was tiring to get you to notice her ( in a very weird or dumb why ) she just did not do it the right why or she is jealous of you but don't worry about it just tell she is wrong and if she still is yak yak on and on just say good bye and walk away say nothing more or you could just confront her if she tries this again just say what is your real issue girl are you jealous of me or do you really secretly want to be my friend CZ you are going about it the wrong way all you need to do to be my friend is to act like one and we could be friends but since the way you are acting that is not friendly it makes me want to stay away from you!!!!!
any way good luck oh also if someone is talking on and on about something you don't want to hear also like gossip say I don't want to hear anything about it and won't repeat any thing I hear so stop tiring to tell me stuff and walk a way they will get the message!!!!

Then say "I'm not going to explain it to you again. Either you accept it or you don't. From now on, I'm not talking about it with you anymore." And stick to it. She brings it up again, refuse to discuss it. Tell her she needs to move on. Find something more interesting to do with her time, because you don't need this crap.
