Definitely go for it if you already have decided. Never mind what others say. If you have a nice body and like to draw some attention it will work.

It's your body.. but i wouldn't get it because a guy likes it..
Remember a tattoo is pretty much forever..
And in my opinion your friends are right. Tramp stamps make girls look cheap.

Nothing wrong with a lower back tattoo... Just the sad folk that call them "tramp stamps"...

As long as you and your boyfriend like it...and you're not hurting anyone, I don't see why not. If you are a strong individual who doesn't care about other people's opinions of you (and believe me... they will have them) then, go for it. But, if your feelings get hurt easily... you might want to reconsider.
