Better to realise it now, deal with it and move on than to be sorry after you both get married! By the way, loving someone and liking someone are two entirely different feelings. Sounds like you are not sure of yourself! Perhaps you are not ready for a serious relationship! Be honest and tell her so.....

Be honest with her tell her you need a break as your feelings have changed, do not string her along it is not fair. If things do not go right with this new girl I hope you dont go running back to her. If she is not right for you now she will not be then. Both of you need to move on and find proper happiness. Life is too short to live unhappily., but do not be cruel be honest.

Read books ion relationships, romance and love. If the spark is gone, it may have nothing to do with reality, It may be that you are bored of sex with her, or have little in common.
It's important to realize that if you are attracted to someone else, it is a primituive response, and not love. To really know someone is to be best friends and lovers. Without the real great friendship underneath, realtionships collapse.

Break up with her. You need to do it nice and quickly. Don't leave her hanging. Most men make the mistake and think that women will just go away so they leave them hanging. WRONG!!!!!! You don't have to be mean to her ro hurt her, just give her an answer to why you feel you need to break up. It can be as simple as you don't feel you are compatible for a long term relationship.

You have to be straight with her. You have been together for 3 years you owe her your honesty. You have to ask yourself if the other person you like is wort splitting up three years?

You do the honourabled thing and tell her it is over. That way she can move on and find someone who DOES want to be with her.
Don't steal time from here just because you don't want to feel guilty over hurting her.
If you don't want to be with her, you need to set her free to get on with her life.

stand up and be counted,..... she'll feel absolutely broken after it, or she might feel the same way,...
if you are sure that she is not the one then you have to end it, to string her along wouldn't be fair on her......
do the manly thing and be straight with her.... but for god sake be sure that you want what you think you want.....
and for godness sake don't go and cheat on her... i can't stand people who do that... at least be honest and say, before you possibly hook up with your new interest....
be a man ....
good luck mate

No point in keeping her on a line. Tell her honestly and don't do anything to give her hope of you changing you're mind.
