I would just like to know how many days should my dog take a bath after 3 vaccinations?

I would give the soreness some time to go away, say a couple of days. Oh, and remember, too frequent baths is not good either, depending on how dirty the dog gets. Thank you for being such a caring owner!

If your dog needs a bath, bathe him / her.
Vaccinations shouldn't play a role in the timing of a dog bath unless your vet gives you specific instructions not to bathe.
