Like should you dye it the same color, a shade lighter/darker or just leave it?

It's really your personal preference. My hair has been blonde, honey blonde, red, pinkish-red, red with blonde highlights, all kinds of colors and I've never dyed my eyebrows to match. It's really up to you and what you think looks good.

A light blonde color: dye your eyebrows a darker shade
A dirty blonde: dye it a darker shade also
Black: dye your eyebrows black
Brunette: dye it the same color as your hair but in a lighter version. GOOD LUCK!

I just leave mine. My hair color is naturally medium reddish brown, and I've dyed everything from dark brown to light red without my eyebrows looking strange. It helps that they're plucked fairly thin. If I went blonde I'd probably use a little bleach (the kind designed for facial hair) to lighten them a few shades.
It's generally a bad idea to dye your own eyebrows (and eyelashes). If something drips, you can do some serious damage to your eyes, and may even end up blind.
