"Insanitas infinita est" Litterally: "there is no end/border to insanity"
You can put the words is whatever order you wish, in Latin it makes no difference to the meaning; the Roman idea that the last bit in a sentence wae the most important one would suggest " Est infinita insanitas", but the first version is the proper classical one.
Another possibility is "Insanitas ignorat fines" = Insanity knows no borders

Before you get the Tattoo be sure you are 100% positive.
Latin is a tricky language and if you mess up you could get something that says your crazy or never insanity stop. The verbs are very confusing and you would need to get the translation from a professional.

Better make sure you get a translator who you can trust, and that goes for the tattoo artist also. My nephew got a tattoo on his arm in chinese, he wanted it to say: Live free or die>>>It actually said I'm an a**hole that just got a tattoo.. He walked around so proud for years before someone asked why the hell would you put that out there for all to see. The true translation finally came to light...
