What benefits do i get if ECNR stamp is present on my Passport???

Question

I stay in Mumbai, India. Which legal documents do i require if i want to work in Europe, North America or Africa??n from where do i get them?? I jus have my passport (with ECNR). Thanx in advance for your help

1st of all you need a job visa to go and work in foreign countries, the ECNR stamp will help you to travel out INDIA without been passing through the Emigration checking requirements. Each foreign country has its own legal requirement for a foreigner to be in do job in their country but basic requirement is a job visa.
