Even i had the same problem since few years...then i discovered the cause for my frequent mouth ulcers is a tooth paste which i was using..i changed the brand and now things are good..anyway i would suggest you some home remedies that i had successfully tried ...
1. take few pieces of garlic half boil it in either or coconut oil then keep chewing..it relieves pain very quickly.
2. the other effective remedy is pan (in hindi) vetthalai(in tamil). take some of these betel leaves and keep chewing till your pain eases...
Good luck!!!

ALL mouth sores/ulcers take 10-14 days to resolve; if it lasts longer than that get it checked to make sure that you have nothing else going on. If this sore is preventing you from eating than you can use OTC numbing meds like baby orajel, etc to numb while you're eating. Also you can see the dentist who can rx a liquid anesthetic (same one that they numb you up with) called viscous lidocaine which numbs the mouth pretty well!!! Good luck!!!

Put "salt" on the ulcer and feel the burning sensation. It does sting, but it does work. Leave the salt on for a good minute then rince your mouth with water. Do this every hour or so. Sometimes i do it the once and the ulcer eventually goes.

BEST that i would suggest is "SMILE" gel tube that you get can on any chemist shop. Its very good and can say so as I have personally used it many times and is totally effective. Apply only at night before sleeping and see the result next day guaranteed.
Have recommended the same to many and has always worked effectively.
So, apply "smile" and Happy Smiling.
