Few days ago we had basketball tryouts and I found out that I made the team. Our team is undersized that is why our coach wants us to play an outside and fast paced game. The main reason I got on the team is because I was able to keep up with a fast paced game and play good defense. My position is going to be either point guard or shooting guard. What are some good workouts to get stronger and faster? I am 15 years old and weigh 117 pounds and am 5 feet 4 inches. I need to gain a little more speed and get stronger.
