One didn't and one did. There were two measures on the ballot (Question #4 and #5). The less restrictive one did pass (Question #5). It bans smoking in certain places that serve food, but doesn't affect casino gaming areas.

I don't even smoke, I hate it, but c'mon, banning smoking completely? What next.
