to lose weight easy fast and a simple way when im home.girls in my p/e class are so skinny and i wish i looked like them.could you put them in a catagorie for me(thighs,tummy and arms)do you know jessica simpson? she has a perfect body, toned abs thighs and a nice ***, TELL ME HOW TO GET THIS PLEEZ!

You sound exceptionally shallow.

But I will give you my standard weight-loss advice:

#1. Alcohol and Caffiene... Vodka & Red Bull typically. The alcohol will tone down the mind while the caffiene will energise the body.... This leads to hyperactivity, which leads to energy burn... and weight loss.
#2. Cold weather. If its colder outside your body then the inside has to work harder to maintain a stable 36/37*C ... and thus more burning of energy reserves.... which means weight loss.

The rest is a matter of eating efficiently: plenty of meat and dietary supplements.... and practical (purpose-serving) exercise.

There is no fast way to lose weight that will keep it off and protect your health. Weight Watchers has two different plans that are healthy and successful and easy to follow.

Weight loss is simply a matter of burning more calories than you eat. If you starve yourself, your body naturally slows down the rate at which it burns calories and you will not lose much weight. In order to lose you need to eat 3 meals and snacks if you want them, each day. The trick is to eat foods that are low in fat, high in fiber, and low in calories. Protein at each meal will help you not feel hungry so soon.

In order to change the shape of the body parts you mentioned, you need an exercise program. As you lose fat, you want to build firmness and muscle. You can go to your public library or look on line for exercises that do this. Swimming and yoga are excellent for making a nicely shaped body.

But more than that, everyone's body is partly determined by genetics. We all work with what we have. Even if you get the "perfect Jessica Simpson" body, it will not last forever. The thing that lasts is a beautiful spirit inside. I am sure there are people you have met who you thought were unattractive at first. But as you got to know them, you no longer saw that, but the beauty of the person from within.

With a sensible and steady life style change for diet and exercise. you are more likely to keep the body you want for a longer period of time, have less health issues, and be a more functional older person. Do not toss away your future for a foolish quick fix.

Having a perfectly toned body takes time. Some girls are genetically predisposed to have more muscle mass or higher metabolism (which allows them to burn fat quicker).

If this is a serious issue for you I would consider revising your eating habits. The best thing that has worked for me and for most of the girls I know is to cut down on the carbs, and instead eat protein (fish, lean meat, chicken, eggs) with vegetables and fruit. Non fat dairy products are also good. Stick to portion sizes.

What is also extremely good is exercising. Since I don't really like going to the gym I bought myself an elliptical and do 30 minutes every day plus alternating pilates/yoga workout for each day, which helps stretch and tone your muscles amazingly quickly. You can download these workouts from the net.

Keep in mind that extreme diets won't work, everything you'll loose you'll gain immediately after the diet, and it will make you feel anxious because of everything you are repressing. It takes time girl!!!!!! But it is definitely possible.

Healthy weight loss is never easy, nor is it fast, but it is the only way to keep the weight off. Learn about healthy eating habits and find a good exercise program you like and stick with it.

She also spends 2 hours a day in the gym. That's the key, and that's the only way you will get that type of body.

one of the moms at my brothers school lost over 100 lbs by cutting out all starches and stuff like white bread, cake and pasta. she also excercized.

dont drink coldrink anymore
do exercise
aerobic and running

walking, running, kickboxing, swimming and more....
