I stayed away from my 'few pieces of candy' and gum yesterday. I tried to limit my portions (I wasn't full after I ate, not really). But, I STILL didn't loose any weight!!! WHAT'S GOING ON!!! THIS IS SOOOOOOOO ANNOYING.......please help me, fast! I've got about a week left (8 days) to loose around 8 pounds!!!!!! (Yes, I know crash dieting isn't good for you...but I need it)....

How many times do I have to post this? It's only temporary that I'm going to loose weight like this! Thanksgiving is very important to me, and I don't want to have to worry about gaining 5 million pounds in three to five days! And, yes, you can loose weight in a day. I've done it plenty of times. So, what can I do?

Over night weight loss is impossible. 8 pounds in 8 days isn't very realistic or healthy. Less candy and gum for one day isn't even a start.
The only thing I can think of and IT IS NOT HEALTHY TO DO IT, is a liquid diet. Nothing but water, maybe a tiny salad and no dressing everyday just put something in your belly so you don't work your way into an ulcer.
Again, this IS NOT HEALTHY TO DO. It's too much too fast and you're on an unhealthy path. It could actually do more harm than good.

If you are only planning to commit to rapid weight loss, and you have no medical or health issues, there are many 'weird' diets. Most promise rapid weight loss and that is all they are good for as sustained loss requires time+diet+exercise.

Try the carb free diet, the soup diet, the rice and fish diet, the fruit diet, the liquid meal diet (no, not alcohol or coke!) or almost any other 'food' that is a sudden change from your normal healthy diet. These diets can be really dangerous if used more than a week and could have life-threatening affects if you have an illness. The loss will mainly be fluid for the first week anyhow,
so don't step up your salt intake. Good luck!

Time is not with you on this one. However if you are serious you can use the same method Beyonce used to slim for 'Dream Girls'. It is called a 'master cleanse'. It really does work and you really do not feel hungry. You should be able to loose the weight you want in the time you have. As long as you are healthy it works fine, if you have any doubt check with a doctor. See the link below.

PS-I got my maple syrup at Wal-mart, it wasn't grade B but it was all natural and seemed to work fine.

Lots of water, exercise. But really, one day of restricting candy and gum ain't going to cut it.

Increase your veggies and put on some great music and DANCE or even clean house
Believe it or not...that is great exercise.
Reaching for those cobwebs and washing those baseboards.
I lost quite a few lbs plus my apartment looks great too.

don't push too hard .
stay relax and try to eat somthing that you cook
and don't think about that all the time .you will lose 10000000 pounds 1 day but don't be hard .
