Okay, so I was losing my voice due to a cold since yesterday! i've seen doctor and already took medicine on time. i've tried everything like gargling with salt water and drinking lemon tea with honey. They didn't seem to help.
Today, it got even worse! i can't talk at all. i can only whisper in a very low tune. that's so horrible! I need my voice back quickly! i have to go to work today! OMG!
Okay, i'm trying to talk now... "Good morning!", oh can't say it out! I lost my voice i mean really lost it. OMG! this is going to kill me!
I mean i have to talk..
Pls help! any remedies? anything that works?

I really think this soup/tea/massage/cuddle therapy would work. It won't help for today, but by tomorrow, you'll feel like a million bucks. And maybe I'll have no voice from catching your cold... but I'll risk it for you.

Trying an easy pilate yoga exercise can work. One lie on
your back, right on bed, then cross your legs elevated at
two feet up back and forth say 20 times each. Now do legs
like bicycling and try counting very low voice. Keep exercising
your doing great! Maybe a small routine with counting each
day will give you concentration to relax more throughout your
tired feet, and legs, and general body area. It is important to
treat your feet like they are there, attached doing all the work.
Another idea is to take a small drink of something you like.
Then litely smile, enjoy the flavor, and make up some small
complimentary words of enjoyment. Make up a one minute
radio or tv commercial, and learn to relax your speech.

See if you can get a Dr. excuse to be off of work. Then, use Vick's vapor rub around your throat. Eat a cough drop. Layer your clothes. Cover up with a whole lot of blankets, and sweat it out. Then, take a hot bath. Maybe some Robitussin or NyQuil.

I've heard drinking milk will do wonders.... but then I've heard all kinds of over crap too and I'm never sure what to believe.
You might just have to wait it out and be patient.
In the meanwhile, just make a game out of communicating non-verbally with people. Muteness can be really sexy.... ^_^

Calm down. Drink Water. Take Echinacea. Get a strep test, but if the test doesn't make you gag, they didn't do it correctly.
