I have trid everything! I had the dr check my thyroid and all is well there. I keep gaining though. I am watching what I eat and not eating sweets. I need to lose 30 pounds. Any advice? Esercise is a part of my everyday!

It may not be what you eat but how you eat. You can eat pretty much what you want as long as you use strict portion control.
Also, vary your exercise, the body can get used to one type of exercise.
Have you tried water aerobics? It's really fun plus you have the resistance of water to help you.

1st. check with your Dr.
eat low or none fat meat, (grilled, steamed) lots of veggies, salads (w/oo and vinegar) no sweets, plenty of water
