How windows copy to CD?

DELL did not give a windows cd but they stick the windows key numbers at back of note book..... I think I have to write my own windows cd but how?

the os might be in a folder in the installed folder ... you find that and burn using the writing software ...

in your start menu programs there should be an option to create backup media
