Im wondering, what products are best for a little girls hair? We have a 3 year old mixed (blk *wht) daughter and she has thick long curly hair. Also, what hairstyles will be easy that I could make for her?

Buy Dove Intense Moisture 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner. It works wonders and leaves hair VERY soft so it will be great to use.

Moisturize her hair daily with a small amount of Carrot Oil by Organic Root Stimulator and brush her hair.

I suggest ORS's Carrot Oil because it is a petroleum-free and mineral oil-free product, which leaves the hair incredibly silky and shiny from root to end.

Using products with petroleum and mineral oil is BAD for the hair plus - this product is safe and soft so it wont harm his young hair + scalp.

After adding the moisturizer, grab two ponytail holders and make a center part in her hair + give her two ponytails!

Its simple & cute - easy for men to do!

This sounds weird, but the easiest way to take care of her hair might be to use conditioner only. Get a cheap conditioner like Suave or White Rain (the extra body kind works best), and use that instead of shampoo - just let it sit on her hair for a little while. It isn't drying, and it gets hair clean.

As for styles, the best thing you can do is learn how to braid. Once you have that down, you can do anything from a very simple one-braid style, to pigtails, to all kinds of interesting styles. Also, braiding keeps hair from getting tangled, and you may be able to leave a tightly braided style in for more than one day (cornrows are usually left in for a few weeks, but even bigger braids - like pigtail braids - can be left in for a while if they're done tight enough).

Why doesn't your wife tell what she does with the little girl's hair???? Is that one of her top priorities that has to be done to make her pregnancy easier? Your wife should be glad your willing to do the cooking, cleaning and shopping and child care without worrying about her daughter's hairdo. Just curious, is a three year old that high maintenance and your wife that incapitated that she can't do something like brush her daughter's hair? Hmmmmm

If you want to let it down, coat it with spray gel while it's still damp, finger comb, and let it air dry. You could pull back the sides and clip with a barette if you do this, too. Braids are also good, anything from your standard Pippy Longstockings style to your more advance french braids. They last forever and are very durable!

That is so sweet of you to help out. You could stick with a simple ponytail and add a ribbon to it. That is always cute and easy to do. Tearless shampoos and conditioners are the best to use.

learn to plait! corn rows are best, then you plait the hair close to the head, n it doesnt get messy, needs redoing bout every 2 weeks, i's get conditioner specially for curly hair, to keep it real soft, and if you can plait it wet that halps too.
