If you just want the quick weight loss, look up the Sacred Heart Diet. You eat lots of soup, plus fruits, veggies, and meats on certain days. You're supposed to be able to lose 17 lbs in a week! Of course, it's not a long term solution...

Exercise daily 45 minutes a day via brisk walking or jogging. Eat a healthy diet, which includes fruits, vegetables and plenty of water. Don't eat junk food or drink soda. Limit your caloric intake to 2000 calories per day while also limiting your fat intake to 25% of your daily calories.

- start on a regular cardio exercise plan (3-5 times a week).
- drink lots of water.
- green tea instead of coffee in the morning.
- cut down on your carbs... breads, pastas, etc.
- cut out any alcohol you may be drinking.
- cut down on your sugar intake... drop all sodas and sweets - this alone could cause you to drop the 10 in 3 weeks or less!
- eat several small healthy meals throughout the day, as opposed to 2-3 larger meals.

Input vs. output. Liquid diets seem to work pretty good. Watch your calorie intake and your exercise! I know that it sucks when you have to work out, but try taking a walk. Just put on some music and do it and keep in mind what your goal is.

Don't consume anything with artificial sweeteners and crap like that, it's really not healthy. Ummm. Stick to healthy and whole foods but cut down. You can still overdo it with fruits and vegetables. So exercise and limit the amount you eat, but don't do the "fat free" and "sugar free" stuff because it's really not healthy.

Lots of exercise, lots of water and limit your calories to 1000-1200 per day and you shold be successful

have you heard of japanese diet? it's for 2 weeks, when i was on it i've lost 8kg - it's about 17 pounds. it worked for me!!
