Actually, you are not afraid of a test, you are afraid of failing a test. If you had prepared, you would not be feeling anything negative, maybe apprehensive, but that's healthy stress.
next time, make sure you prepare; if the work is difficult, get a tutor.
best of luck - try to relax, it is the only way to succeed

Tests are very scary if you take it say 100 questions at a time. What I do and believe me it helps, is read the questions 1 by 1 until I find 1 that the answer just jumps out at me. I answer the questions that are extremely easy 1st, then I answer the questions I am pretty sure about, then the 1s I give my best shot to and then I guess at the 1st I have no idea, when I was in college, I averaged in the high 80s to 100s on just about all of my test using this method. try it it helps.

Don't be scared. Remember it's only a piece of paper they're putting infront of you. Don't be worrying when you could be studying. At the end of the day it's not the end of the world. You can always re do it. I'm sure you'll be fine. Just to your best and see what happens. Good luck

If you have done the background study, there is nothing to be afraid of . Being scared makes things worse. CHILL! It is only a bit of paper and you, not a crocodile or a gangster threatening your life. If you make a hash of it, there is always another time, and you will have learnt something out of the experience.
