Really like a girl who really likes me. We click like I've never experienced. She has a boyfriend that she's so-so about. She would never cheat, and I wouldn't disrespect him either. I want this girl bad. Do I let her know she's important to me, or play it cool and wait, and wait, and wait?

If you wait you might lose your chance. You should definaltly let her know. Who knows, maybe she feels the same way.

Well, let her know, and let her know you can wait. DO NOT engage in anything with her if she DOES decide to cheat.
You can't trust a girl if she'll cheat on someone with you. That means that she really might cheat on you with someone else later.
