I love the winter. Living in the uk, I dent like the summer. Cozy nights. The prayer during the day Isa good, only when I'm shopping its less convenient. Fajr and isha is really good. Fasting in short days is also good.

I know this question is for Muslims, but this is an interesting question so I hope you don't mind an answer from a Christian.
I've never thought before of how the seasons affect my prayers, but I can see how they do in some small way. Due to the whole being indoors more thing, I think I tend to be more introspective in the winter so I think my prayers probably take on a more personal tone in winter. Also, I do LOVE to go for walks outside when it's cold, crisp and quiet (we get an average of like 250 in. of snow per year). There's something about the coolness which is invigorating and the solitude really helps one to focus on God so I guess some of my most meaningful prayer times have been whilst walking outside in the winter enjoying His creation. I guess for me, the biggest influence of the seasons on my prayers is the mood invoked by the season.
Thanks for such an intriguing question!

I am in UK, and yes its a big difference. First, we were able to relax and wait until Asar now we have to read Zuhur and then be ready for Asar. Magrib is not too far apart aswell. Nevertheless, Inshallah we will get used to it, I have read some Qaza (late) Salaah last week but now, I am used to it now Alhamdullilah. When its salaah time and I am in lesson I just tell my teacher and leave and return in 5-10 minutes. Salaah is an important Pillar of Islam and each Muslim HAS to read it. We may find it hard but the harder it the more reward we gain. Become successful in this life but remember the next life.

To be honest with you i get late for my Asr sallah because where i live Asr is at 3:30 and my school finishes at 3:00 and to top that off i walk home aswell so i get home at 3:25 so i have 5 mins to do wudhu, get changed and quickly go to the mosque (luckily for me the mosque is couple of seconds away) i pray zohar in school at luchtime and Asr, magrib and Eisha at mosque so it's only Asr which i have trouble with. Well i'm gonna have to get used to it (somehow).

Idon't pray, but you can always find the time to pray coz it's based on where the sun is not the time, & if you're cold wear something warm coz islam will always be happier if you're dressed from head to toe!

truthfully we dont want the influence on this international, we'd like salah (praying) as our saving in judgement day. Allah presents present to each unmarried of our praying, now not on this international.
